About DySys

Revenue is a system. We help leaders see the line!

DySys pairs operator judgment with agentic AI to diagnose revenue complexity, pressure test execution, and build durable momentum for SaaS and services companies.

01
The business

Dynamic systems, and the name behind them.

DySys is short for Dynamic Systems. The name comes from how revenue actually behaves: not a funnel that moves in one direction, but a system of interacting parts — market, message, pipeline, team, process, and data — where a change in one place shows up somewhere else.

Dynamic systems create complexity. That complexity is why growth stalls in companies that are doing plenty of things right: the signals conflict, the forecast drifts, and leadership ends up debating symptoms instead of causes. The work is not adding more activity. It is finding the line through the system that actually leads to revenue.

That is what DySys does. We work directly with CEOs, CROs, founders, and PE operating partners on revenue architecture, GTM operations and execution, and fractional CRO engagements — bringing operating experience and a repeatable framework rather than a deck of recommendations.

That line has a shape. We read six layers of a revenue system — market and ICP, offer and value, demand and pipeline, sales execution and deal quality, retention and expansion, and leadership and operating cadence — and score each on four dimensions: people, process, data, and systems. The pattern that comes back tells you what is actually holding the number, what is downstream noise, and in what order the fixes are worth making.

01
Diagnose
Read the system across six layers and four dimensions
02
Decide
Rank what is worth fixing, commit to the first move
03
Execute
Run it with the team, against exit criteria
04
Compound
Bank what changed so the next lap starts ahead

01 → 04 — four moves, run as a loop. Momentum is what accumulates between laps.

02
The vision

PressureTest: put the revenue system under load before the quarter does.

Most revenue tools report what already happened. PressureTest is built to do the opposite — apply pressure to pipeline, deals, and rep readiness while there is still time to change the outcome.

It is our agentic AI toolset: a set of agents that analyze pipeline and deal risk, simulate buyer behavior against a rep's discovery and messaging, and surface the levers that actually move the number. The output is not a longer report. It is a shorter list of what to do next, with the evidence behind it.

The longer-term intent is continuity. Every engagement produces signal, and that signal compounds — so diagnostics, dashboards, and advisory reinforce each other instead of living in separate places. Consulting sets the direction; PressureTest keeps it honest between engagements.

Diagnose under pressure

Pipeline and deal risk analyzed for where the forecast is thin, not just where it is large.

Rehearse the buyer

Agents role-play real buyer behavior so reps test discovery and messaging before the call that counts.

Make the levers visible

Executive dashboards that quantify what moves revenue this quarter, and what can wait.

Twenty years on the operator's side of the table.

Duke Sullivan founded DySys after two decades building and running revenue organizations — the same rooms his clients are in now, with the same pressure on the number.

His work spans go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, and partnerships across SaaS and services businesses, including PE-backed companies where the timeline is short and the reporting is unforgiving. That experience shapes how DySys engages: diagnose fast, be specific about causes, and stay through execution rather than handing over a plan.

He leads engagements directly, supported by a network of former CROs, operators, and builders — and by PressureTest, which does the analytical work at a scale no single advisor can.
